Our professionally trained counsellors can work with children, teenagers and their families for a range of different concerns in their life.

Support for children and families include:

  • problems at school, such as bullying,
  • friendship and social issues,
  • behaviour and emotional difficulties such as anger, sadness, stress, worry or fear,
  • traumatic events like illness, hospitalisation, grief and loss,
  • dealing with separation,
  • family changes.

When parents and carers are referring their child to counselling, they will first need to speak with a counsellor. The counsellor will discuss the parents/carers concerns and determine if counselling is suitable.

In certain circumstances, young people 14 years old or older, may be able to book themselves directly into counselling.
