We provide free telephone/video support service aided with interpreters (if needed) to Culturally and Linguistically Diverse (CaLD) people who are experiencing any of the following issues:
- Individual emotional challenges related to personal situations,
- Couple problems or family relationship difficulties,
- Parenting related matters
- Any Impact of COVID 19
This service is intended to provide initial support by providing relevant information, engagement, a brief exploration of issues and priorities which may also include further warm referrals into appropriate services.
Migrants, refugees, and visa holders aged 18+ are welcome to contact directly to access the service. Community service providers are also encouraged to refer people.
