Individual Counselling

Speak with a local counsellor to help reduce the problems and stress you have in your life. Our trained counsellors help you to find the issues and approach them in a positive way. They can develop strategies to support you and increase your self-awareness.

You can come to counselling for many different reasons, no matter how big or small that issue is. Some common reasons for coming to counselling are:

  • stress, anxiety or depression,
  • work and career issues,
  • life changes (e.g. birth of a child, moving home),
  • grief, loss and bereavement,
  • compulsive and addictive behaviour,
  • sexual concerns,
  • trauma,
  • exploring sexuality and/or gender identity.

Our Counselling is confidential. This means that everything you discuss with the counsellor is private. A counsellor may have to report something that threatens your safety or the safety of others.
