Individual Counselling

Counselling is an opportunity to speak with a professionally trained counsellor to identify, understand and gain new perspectives on issues that are causing concern. It can be helpful to clarify and resolve difficulties in a supportive respectful and confidential environment.

With a wider range of programs and services, we can assist with a variety of issues or topics including:

  • stress, anxiety, fatigue or depression

  • working relationships

Is there a cost involved?

Our fees are affordable and vary according to your income. When you call to make an appointment, our intake officers will discuss fees with you.

Employees of the Northern Territory Government & PFES can access this service free-of-charge.

Where can I access this service?

Darwin, Alice and Katherine in person with Video and Phone Counselling options offered for remote areas.
