Counselling is an opportunity to speak with a professionally trained counsellor to identify, understand and gain new perspectives on issues that are causing concern. It can be helpful to clarify and resolve difficulties in a supportive respectful and confidential environment.
Following the easing of restrictions by the NT Government, we are resuming face-to-face sessions. Read our COVID-19 update.
With a wider range of programs and services, we can assist with a variety of issues or topics including:
- stress, anxiety, fatigue or depression
- financial difficulties
- work and career issues
- conflict and harassment
- working relationships
- substance abuse and addiction behaviour
- grief, loss and bereavement
- compulsive and addictive behaviour
- sexual concerns
We can help anyone interested in counselling in the NT.
Our fees are affordable and vary according to your income. When you call to make an appointment, our intake officers will discuss fees with you.
Employees of the Northern Territory Government & PFES can access this service free-of-charge.
Face-to-face sessions are available in Darwin, Katherine and Alice Springs.
Phone or video sessions are available for people all over the Territory.
