What is a group course like?
It’s common for people to be a little anxious about participating in a group course. Being part of a group offers a safe, supportive environment where you can share your thoughts and ideas.
Groups can help people feel less alone, isolated and judged. It’s also a chance to learn from others experiencing similar challenges.
The group facilitators provide information, create discussion, allow for self-reflection, goal setting and learning new skills. It’s a positive and practical approach that builds on strengths within yourself and in your relationships.
