What is a group course like?
It’s common for people to be a little anxious about participating in a group course. Being part of a group offers a safe, supportive environment where you can share your thoughts and ideas.
Groups can help people feel less alone, isolated and judged. It’s also a chance to learn from others experiencing similar challenges.
The group facilitators provide information, create discussion, allow for self-reflection, goal setting and learning new skills. It’s a positive and practical approach that builds on strengths within yourself and in your relationships.
Couples Communication – Darwin

Couple Communication is a 2-session course. It helps couples and individuals gain greater awareness of their communication style and how to build a closer and stronger relationship.

Raising children is important and building young brains takes work. Bringing Up Great Kids helps give parents the tools they need to support their kids as the grow and develop.
Our experienced facilitators create a safe space where they share knowledge and strategies. Courses are interactive, so you’ll have the opportunity to hear from others and ask your own questions.
